HR Sourcing Analyst with HR BP Support (Location: Timisoara)

For our Competence Centers in Romania, we are seeking an HR Sourcing Analyst based in Timisoara, who is specialized in identifying IT talent and possesses a sharp analytical mindset for HR data interpretation. This position is ideal for junior to mid-level professionals eager to leverage their sourcing expertise and analytical skills in a position that covers targeted recruitment initiatives and wider HR responsibilities.This includes involvement in the complete hire-to-retire journey and serving in a supporting HR Business Partner capacity. Candidates should bring at least 3 years of experience in sourcing and HR analytics within the IT sector, demonstrating profound knowledge of technologies such as .Net, C#, Mobile, Java, PHP, Security, Infrastructure, etc., alongside a broad HR Generalist background.
Responsibilities
Recruitment:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the IT industry
- Job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online sourcing, networking, social media, and job boards, to identify and engage with potential candidates
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization
- Maintain candidate pipelines and databases to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future job openings
- Ensure positive manager & candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Utilize HR analytics tools to interpret data from employee satisfaction surveys and recruitment metrics, contributing to data-driven decisions and strategies
- Support broad HR activities, integrating insights from analytics to enhance the hire-to-retire process, under the guidance of senior HR Business Partners
Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Manage the onboarding process to ensure new employees have a smooth and welcoming introduction to the company
- Handle the offboarding process, ensuring that departing employees have a seamless exit experience
HR Business Partner:
- Collaborate with department managers to address HR issues and concerns
- Provide guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Design and deploy HR processes, programs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients
- Monitor employee satisfaction and address any areas of concern
- Support performance management & salary reviews processes to assess employee performance and provide feedback
General HR:
- HR admin support
- Create & maintain various reports as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment sourcing in the IT industry & HR generalist role
- Strong understanding and network of .Net, C#, Mobile, Java, PHP, Security and Infrastructure technologies candidates
- Passion for finding and attracting top talent
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience or a keen interest in interpreting HR data to inform strategies and decisions
- Exposure to or interest in HR generalist functions, including a basic understanding of the hire-to-retire lifecycle
- Familiarity with HR Business Partner roles, willing to support and learn from senior HRBP strategies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Very good spreadsheet, reporting and analysis skills
- Official communication language: English
- Open to business travel in the country and outside, driver’s license is a plus
