Visma Organisation Master (VOM) is Visma's main tool, designed to provide comprehensive employee and organizational information to various departments, including HR, Finance, IT, and more. The application reflects the complexity of our company, as it is based on a dynamic, non-linear structure. It incorporates data from over 400 companies and manages information for more than 17,000 employees. VOM plays a crucial role in automating and optimizing internal processes, ensuring better collaboration and efficient management across the organization.

Tech stack: ASP .NET , C#, Angular with Typescript, JavaScript , HTML, Databases: MySQL and MongoDb, REST APIs, AWS , GitHub.

You will work in one of Visma software development teams, together with skilled and motivated colleagues across Romania and Latvia. We encourage an open and friendly environment and have the autonomy to decide the tools, architecture and the programming languages used. In this position you will:

• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver quality software to our customers
  
• Drive and plan the testing activities for new features
  
• Participate in the test automation work in the team
  
• Evaluate test results and help the development teams deliver
  
• Write and maintain tests on all layers
  
• Write automated tests that cover product functionality on the UI and API level
  

Job requirements:

We're looking for someone with initiative, who brings ideas and solutions to the team. A natural leader who can take charge of driving the end-to-end automation of tests, both front-end and back-end.

You have 4 - 5+ years of general testing activities for web applications and automating tests on UI layer including:

• Solid understanding and experience in Javascript and web applications
  
• Knowledge of modern automation test tools/frameworks (like Cypress, Selenium, etc)
  
• Will be considered as an advantage: API Testing experience, Azure

Personal skills:

• English skills (at least B2)
  
• A Service-oriented and self-driven mindset
  
• Willingness to constantly learn; a positive, helpful, and proactive attitude
  
• The ability to work as part of a team, taking initiative and responsibility
  
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, like Scrum or KanBan
