About e-conomic

Visma e-conomic is a cloud-based accounting solution that helps more than 180,000 companies run their business. We are part of the Nordic region's leading IT-group, Visma. Every day we work together to provide our customers with IT solutions that create growth, efficiency and ensure that they can focus on their core business.

We are more than 400 colleagues from +25 nationalities. The development department consists of 150+ people, including Product Owners, Test Automation Engineers and UX designers.

The position

The Identity team is a small team consisting of a few software engineers, a lead engineer, a technical product manager and the engineering manager. It operates across borders with team members in Paris, Porto, Serbia and Copenhagen and is therefore remote with physical team gatherings around every 6 months. We work primarily in kanban with frequent planning and prioritization cycles as well as small releases and feedback loops.

The team is a tightly knit group, where psychological safety is the highest priority, and where each person’s contribution is valued and encouraged. We believe highly in autonomous decision making but at the same time supporting each other to make the best decisions.

What you bring to the table:

• Design architecture together with the team

• Implement systems in C#

• Write and maintain test automation

• Deploy and maintain the system and its infrastructure

• Monitor and improve owned systems

We hope your skills include

First and foremost we are looking for individuals with the right mindset as well as the skills but mindset is for us more important than knowing every single skill.

• Growth mindset

• Experience with developing with or configuring identity providers

• Experience developing maintainable, scalable systems

• Experience with writing test automation and deploying systems
