Our solutions for licensing, supervision & enforcement, planning, soil and underground infrastructure contribute to the design and management of our physical living environment. Our solutions for case handling, decision-making, customer contact and communication provide generic support to business operations. Our customers consist of municipalities, provinces, water boards, network managers and independent administrative bodies.

We are now working with more than 200 committed colleagues on attractive solutions with the aim of: satisfied clients who each contribute to the design and improvement of our society.

WHAT'S IT ALL ABOUT?

• Together with you, we are expanding an existing team. With that team you will work on new parts of our product suite. The emphasis in the near future will be on an application that takes care of the correct archiving of information, the timely destruction or export to an external archive system so that our customers can comply with archive legislation. This new application is based on the latest technologies and principles.
• As a developer you and your team will be responsible for back-end, deployment, performance, security, usability etc.
• In addition, you will work closely with our other (development) teams. In this way, you will make an important contribution to our new products, which are of great importance to our customers, e.g. because of the new Environment Act that will come into effect next year.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT?

• You are eager to learn, have strong analytical skills and embrace the Agile principles.
• You are good at giving and receiving feedback and actively contributing to the continuous improvement of the company and your team.
• You have experience with the following development tools: Java, Spring Boot / Hibernate, Maven, NPM, PostgreSQL.

 NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience with the following development tools: Docker / Kubernetes, TeamCity, Bitbucket / Nexus repository.

• We constantly perfect our technological competence through events such as my developers days and cross-platform code reviews and so will You!
• You’ll be working with the field’s top-notch specialists and one of them will become your “coach”. 💪 Also here in Visma we have an international network of specialists within the organisation to build Your rep and skills even stronger.
• We have internal knowledge sharing sessions where we learn the newest trends in programming languages, QA, security, etc. 💻
• We also have our own library and anyone can order new books, as well as use online licences to various learning sites, get certifications, etc. 📖

Financial expectations

• Gross salary 1600-4600 EUR. 💸 Keep in mind that we are open to discuss your salary based on your competence and experience.
