 WHAT'S IT ALL ABOUT?

As the Senior Engineer, you will play a crucial role in guiding the technical direction of our team's development efforts. Reporting to the Service Owner / Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance to the engineering team as we continue to build and expand our microservices-based .NET application hosted on the Azure cloud platform.

  WHAT DO WE EXPECT?

• Experience in software development, with a strong focus on C# and the .NET framework.
  
• Extensive experience in designing and building microservices-based applications, preferably in an Azure cloud environment.
  
• In-depth knowledge of Azure services, including Functions, Service Bus, and/or Event Grid.
  
• Proficient in designing and implementing highly scalable, fault-tolerant, and maintainable distributed systems.
  
• Strong understanding of software architecture patterns, design principles, and best practices.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical challenges.
  
• Experience in mentoring and leading junior/mid-level developers, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
  
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  
• Good written and verbal English skills.

 NICE TO HAVE

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (Terraform).
• Certifications in Microsoft Azure or .NET technologies (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Developer Associate, or .NET Core Developer).

Financial expectations

• Gross salary 3600-6300 EUR. 💸 Keep in mind that we are open to discuss your salary based on your competence and experience.
