Team: Kontek Lön

Kontek Lön offers a robust Payroll system for the Swedish market with customers ranging from 50-2500 employees. Kontek has grown to become one of Sweden's leading specialist companies within payroll administration, and we provide an array of flexible solutions that can be tailored to each customer's particular needs and requirements.

Technology stack: Selenium, JMeter, JUnit, Postman, SoapUI, SpringBoot, JDK 17.

Key responsibilities:

• Developing and executing test cases to diagnose issues and bugs, creating test plans to ensure robustness and performance
  
• Lead the transformation of test automation processes and manage testing framework.
  
• Conduct manual testing for specific project modules
  
• Bring structure to testing procedures, define test automation strategies, and come up with the initiative on which tests should be automated
  
• Oversee and manage performance testing
  
• Collaborate with software development team to develop solutions and improve software engineering processes
  
• Work according to Agile processes (e.g. Scrum & Kanban)
  

Job requirements:

4-10 + years of experience with Software Testing and keeping pace with technical innovations, including:

• Test automation experience
  
• Experience in web technologies, software development, and testing using programming languages (preferably Java)
  
• Experience with modern testing frameworks
  
• Experience working with database SQL
  
• Experience with Performance testing
  
• Fluent in English (B2 + level) - job duties include cooperation with people from other countries
  

An advantage: 

• Experience with front-end / manual testing 
• Higher education in IT or similar

Personal skills:

• Self-driven and capable of setting clear goals and developing effective strategies
  
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Possess positive attitude, good time management and self-motivation
