We are seeking an accurate and responsible intern to join our organisation and grow within the accounting function 

You will be hired to the Finance department of Visma, which has operations in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, the Netherlands, United Kingdom, the Baltics and Romania.

Key responsibilities:

• Invoice customers on a timely basis, collect debtor payments and follow up on overdue debtors` accounts
• Process supplier invoices and make supplier payments, follow up with outstanding creditors
• Review and process expense reports
• Perform account reconciliations on a monthly basis
• Reconcile intercompany transactions
• Assist in the month-end and year-end closing
• Help with ad-hoc tasks
• Create sales orders

Required professional skills:

• Student of Accounting or Finance or Business Studies (opportunity to combine with studies)
  
• Very good in English
  
• Experienced in Excel or Google Sheets or equivalent

Personal skills:

• Enjoy change and like taking on new challenges, tasks and responsibilities
  
• Strong analytical and organisational skills, accurate and detail-oriented
  
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  
• A strong team player

Regardless of the long list of expectations mentioned above you do not need to be an expert in all areas.
