WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING?
Help manage and support private and public cloud infrastructure of the Youforce platform and partners
Support automation and configuration tasks using tools like Ansible.
Participate in a shift rotation for monitoring system performance, uptime and solve incidents
Take part in a rotating on-call schedule to support system availability.
Learn from senior engineers and contribute ideas to improve infrastructure reliability and efficiency.
Collaborate with Product and Development teams to improve deployments and ensure application reliability.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
1 year of experience in system administration or DevOps engineering.
Cloud Basics: Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS and networking concepts).
Basic experience with Docker and containerized application deployment
Exposure to monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.
Automation: Exposure to configuration management tools like Ansible or willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a hybrid infrastructure (cloud + on-premises systems).
Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation
Understanding of Linux and/or Windows administration basics.
Understanding of backups systems, data recovery and storage best practices
Knowledge of scripting for automation (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, or Python) is an advantage.
Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
Knowledge about AI and use of AI tools in order to enhance work related tasks.
