The position

The Security Team is a small team but is expanding in order to maintain the high standards of security. We are handling the entire security field where we are all about exposing and managing risk and ensuring trust and safety in the product. We do this primarily through automation throughout the entire Secure Software Development Life Cycle, vulnerability management as well as creating outsized impact in Security Operations, Compliance and Security Awareness. We are a high-trust group where psychological safety is in focus as we believe that to achieve the best results, we should all feel safe to contribute with our full selves.

What you bring to the table:

• A collaborative mindset to partner with cross-functional teams and departments, driving shared security outcomes across the organization.

• Ability to develop innovative systems and processes that generate outsized security improvements through automation and smart design.

• Expertise in managing and automating the vulnerability lifecycle, ensuring engineering teams have clear, actionable visibility into their security posture.

• Experience creating and contributing to platforms that empower developers to build and ship secure software by default.

• Skill in developing and managing "paved road" systems that integrate security seamlessly into the developer workflow.

• A hands-on approach to designing, building, and maintaining features while working closely within an agile team environment.

• Experience collaborating with Security and Product teams to build robust, self-service Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.

• End-to-end ownership of the lifecycle for identity services—from architecture and design to test automation, monitoring, and maintenance.

• A passion for building platforms that enable other teams to consume identity services easily and securely.
  

What we expect from you:

• Software development experience

• Experience in writing test automation

• A good understanding of engineering fundamentals

• A solid knowledge of at least one object oriented language and willingness to work in a .NET stack

• An interest in identity and access management systems and platform systems
