We are looking for an AI Solutions & Business Architect to bridge the gap between emerging technology and production-grade solutions. You will join a community of entrepreneurs where your architectural vision shapes how a hybrid workforce of humans and autonomous agents collaborate to serve nearly 2 million customers across Europe and Latin America.

Key Responsibilities:

You will define the "what" and "why" of our technical solutions, guiding critical build vs. buy decisions across our diverse portfolio. By designing complex AI workflows, ML foundations, and robust data engineering pipelines, you’ll ensure Visma stays at the forefront of AI innovation.

• Emerging Technology Leadership: Lead evaluation of emerging technologies — AI platforms, agent frameworks, AI infrastructure.

• Technical Communication: Present AI solutions and technical direction to leadership, portfolio companies, and external stakeholders.

• Business Value Translation: Connect technical solutions to business outcomes. Ensure architecture decisions are driven by real value creation — efficiency gains, revenue impact, or competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

• We believe you have knowledge of LLM/ML capabilities, RAG strategies, and agentic frameworks (e.g., ADK or equivalent such as MAF, AutoGen…)

• You might have some experience designing complex, multi-step AI workflows and data engineering pipelines in cloud environments (GCP preferred, or Azure/AWS).

• The ability to connect technical decisions to business value, ROI, and SaaS business models, do we believe are important for success.

• Presentation skills - with the ability to explain complex concepts to everyone from engineers to board members.

• Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in English - job duties include cooperation with people from other countries

This role requires a rare combination: technical credibility to guide architecture decisions, and business acumen to ensure those decisions drive real value. You don't need to be the deepest expert in either — but you need to be fluent in both languages.
