Product Analytics Lead

As Product Analytics Lead, you’ll play a key role in developing the product analytics maturity across Visma Group. You’ll help teams grow their ability to understand users, measure outcomes, and use analytics and AI to make faster, evidence‑based decisions. You’ll coach, enable, and co‑create: designing scalable frameworks, running engaging workshops, and helping teams turn data into better product decisions.

What you’ll be doing

You will serve as the main point of contact for product teams seeking to improve how they track, measure, and learn from their products. Your goal is to make sure that product usage and feedback data isn’t just being collected, but truly understood and applied by teams in order to uncover new product opportunities, validate ideas, and accelerate product improvement. In this role, your mission is twofold: to raise product analytics maturity across Visma and to drive adoption of our existing offerings.

What we expect from you:

• Onboard new product teams to our product usage platform, guiding them through implementation and event tracking.

• Coach teams to improve tracking practices, metric definitions, and analytical methods.

• Build and maintain playbooks and scalable workshop formats to strengthen analytics maturity across teams.

• Create clear communication around product analytics and AI use cases to inspire adoption and best practices.

• Track analytics maturity across the Visma Group and identify new development opportunities.

• Experiment with new analytics or AI techniques that improve decision-making efficiency.

What you bring to the table:

• Have a strong understanding of product analytics, from event tracking to metric frameworks and dashboards.

• Have hands-on experience with data and analytics tools such as Google BigQuery, SQL and Looker Studio, and an eagerness to explore new technologies as our stack evolves.

• Are skilled at coaching and turning complex data concepts into clear, actionable guidance.

• Enjoy creating structured materials that help teams work smarter at scale.

• Communicate effectively and build trust with both technical and non-technical teams.

• Thrive at the intersection of product, engineering and data professionals.

• Understand how AI can deepen analytics and decision‑making in product development, with practical experience or curiosity about relevant tools (for example, GPT‑based assistants, LangChain, or AI‑powered analytics platforms).
