Skill Set:

• Continuous learner passionate about software development in general, that stays up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies

• 5 years of experience in software development using .NET Core

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Angular

• Proven experience with relational databases, including database design, data modeling, and query optimization

• Proven experience with NoSQL databases

• Experience of optimizing web applications for performance, scalability, and security

• Knowledge of design patterns and modern programming practices

• Experience in developing dynamic and engaging applications, consistent across all browsers and platforms;

• Hands-on experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment

• Have a keen eye for UX design and great attention to visual details

AI-related skills:

• Basic AI literacy and understanding of AI tool integration in software development

• Proven experience utilizing GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude or other AI tools for planning, coding, and testing is required

• Competence in prompt engineering to effectively communicate with AI models

• Skills in context engineering to ensure AI tools access the correct information for feature development

• Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture

• Experience in LLM (Large Language Model) integration and orchestration.

• Ability to measure, test, and ensure the quality of AI outputs

• Knowledge of LLM characteristics and fine-tuning models

• Experience with LLMOps for monitoring performance and managing feedback loops

Nice to have experience with:

• Docker & Kubernetes knowledge

• Experience working with applications that are built as microservices

• Experience with Application Security

• Experience with cloud systems and cloud suppliers (Azure)

• Knowledge of principles for usability and interaction design
