YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

In this role, you will establish AI-native practices, including context engineering, delegation, and multi-agent orchestration. You will prototype and validate new workflows, then scale them across the organization to act as a true force multiplier. You will explore emerging AI technologies to identify high-value opportunities for our teams. You’ll support teams on building solid engineering foundations so that agents can compound delivery speed effectively.

As AI Technology Lead, you will not have direct people management responsibilities, instead, you will drive innovation and empower engineers across Visma to build software autonomously, creating significant impact across the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Hands-on experience using AI agents (such as Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or Devin) to build real software through multi-step workflows.

• You approach your work with an investor's mindset, prioritizing high-leverage initiatives and constantly evaluating their potential for scalability and organization-wide impact.

• Strong communication and coaching skills are essential for scaling new AI-native practices across diverse organizations.

• Proven expertise in hands-on engineering, with a strategic understanding of optimizing software delivery performance at scale.
