The culture at team level
As a hybrid remote team, we spend lots of time chatting on Slack and via Google Meet. We take pride in keeping our areas of the application performing well, and we take time to research the best solutions to problems rather than trying to fix things quickly.
Once per quarter, we aim to meet our teammates at one of the office locations to have a chance to work together, eat together, and get to know each other in a more informal setting.
Meet the team manager
Mihăiță Bamburic - Team Manager
I look to work with motivated people, willing to bring their expertise to the team and who are open to coaching. I like to let my team decide the best way to solve problems, and I will generally only step in when a specific shape of solution is required. I understand that my time is my team’s time, so I am usually open to answer any question. I give my team the freedom of organizing their working schedule.

Know the Project
Visma e-conomic is a cloud-based accounting solution used by over 170,000 companies in Denmark. The Platform team is responsible for the cross-cutting concerns within the application, including observability, caching, data access, and build tooling. In addition, we take the lead on researching and training other teams on development best practices.
