The culture at team level
While there are certain qualities we insist on maintaining, there is a lot of freedom to bring ideas and shape for a better team overall. The values that the onboarding team Zenith has are as follows:

We celebrate and acknowledge wins, our own as well as others. We also have as part of the e-conomic group yearly team buildings and celebrations.

Casper Bang - Head of Development
People say about me that I am not afraid to run fast and try things out and I encourage people around me to do the same. If you have room to grow, take up the whole space, don't be scared. As a manager, I will let you to run as fast as you can, but still let you know if you are heading towards a cliff.
